Add Spinther to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector with this address, then sign in to iCloud when asked:

The connector reads your tasks, projects and ideas from iCloud when the assistant asks, and changes nothing. It needs Standard Data Protection; it can’t read Spinther’s data while Advanced Data Protection is on.
